Hurricane And Storm Protection

Living or owning a home in south Florida is very nice until it comes to storm season. Living here full time is one thing but living here part time is another, but either way it comes with the risk of hurricanes. Hurricane season runs from June 1st to November 30th which is a pretty long time however, Gardens Home Management Services is here to protect your home no mater what! 

The moment a hurricane threat is announced, we will start inspecting homes inside and out to ensure there is no outdoor furniture that may become airborne, we will close all hurricane shutters, and take all necessary steps to defend your home from the dangers of a hurricane to our full capacity. After all is completed we will email you photographic proof that your home has been properly secured. 

Our hurricane center is stocked with all of the safety with all necessary safety equipment, supplies, and resources needed to fulfill our commitment to our costumers and ensure we are giving you the peace of mind you deserve before, after and during the storm. 

All of our contractors, staff and technology will be in place to weather the storm, and we will share emails and update our website as much as possible with storm updates and progress reports. 

All of our customers will receive a post storm home inspection as soon as we possibly can after the storm has calmed down. During our post storm checkup we will identify any leaks or cracks that may have been already there or created during the storm allowing water to get in. After we inspect your home we will send you a detailed home watch inspection report letting you know what is going on with your home and how we can fix any potential issues.
